This week from God's Word
Sunday, June 29, 2008: This week Pastor Tom's will be with the youth of the congregation at Creation '08 Festival. Kayne Malone will be bring a message from God's Word from Exodus 15:1-6.
Sunday July 6, 2008: This week Pastor Tom's message will be "Packing the Essentials" taken from Luke 10:1-4. Service God has little to do with our abilities as humans. Being in God's service is about relying on God's strength, spiritual gifts, and humbly submitting to His will through the work of the Holy Spirit in your life. Jesus said that we can do nothing without Him (John 15:5). In order to service God in an honorable way, Christians need to stop relying on what they can do and begin to step out on faith and do those things that you know are impossible for you to do without God's direct Involvement.
